The Broadgate multi-storey car park in Lincoln was closed as police dealt with an incident where a man’s safety was of concern.
Update at 2pm: The car park has now been reopened by police. The man is being assessed by health professionals.
Officers were called to the scene just before 12.30pm on Friday after a man was spotted on the roof of the car park.
Lincolnshire Police and Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue have attended over concerns for the man’s safety.
People will be able to return to their cars.
