Lincolnshire Police have charged a Lincoln man with persistent begging.
Andrew Charles McInnes (41), of Chatterton Avenue in Lincoln, was arrested on December 10 in the Bailgate area.
He was then charged with persistently begging in a public place.
The 41-year-old man has been released on police bail to appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court in January 2014.
