Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a collision on the A46 left a lorry driver with serious injuries.
The crash involving a blue BMW and tanker lorry took place on the southbound carriageway opposite the Swinderby turn off at around 6.35am on Saturday, April 16.
The tanker had to be recovered from a ditch as a result of the impact and the driver was airlifted to hospital for treatment.
Nobody else was seriously injured.
