A man has died in a house fire at a property in Lincolnshire.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Little Steeping, near Spilsby, at around 7pm on Wednesday, June 22.
A scene guard remains in place at the time of writing and a joint police and fire investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
