Man hit by car after being attacked on Lincoln roadside

A 43-year-old man was set upon by attackers before being hit by a car on a main Lincoln road, police believe. A boy aged 13 and a 28-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm following the incident just after 5pm Sunday November 5. They are both being held in police custody.…
