Police investigating the death of a University of Lincoln student at Danesgate House in Lincoln have named him following a post mortem.
Ashley Hughes, 19, from Gatley in Cheadle, was taken to Lincoln County Hospital after being taken ill in the early hours of Wednesday, December 17, where he was sadly pronounced dead.
A post mortem has been carried out but police say further tests are needed to establish the cause of death, which is being treated by police as unexplained but not suspicious.
Ashley’s funeral will take place at 10am on December 27 at Stockport Crematorium in Buxton Road, Stockport.
